The clothing
What is the fabric?
100% organic combed ring-spun cotton at 200 g/m² — a genuine heavyweight. It has structure from the first wear and softens over the first few washes rather than thinning out.
How does it fit?
Oversized, with dropped shoulders and a relaxed body. Take your usual size for the fit we designed. Size down if you want it closer to the body. Full measurements are on our size guide and on every product page.
Is it unisex?
Yes. One cut, sizes S through 2XL, same price for every size.
How should I wash it?
Cold water, inside out, with similar colors. Hang to dry if you can — a dryer is the fastest way to shorten the life of any cotton garment. Iron on the reverse and never directly on the print. No bleach, no dry cleaning.
Will the print crack?
Not if you wash it cold and inside out. Heat is what breaks prints down — hot water and hot dryers, in that order.
Ordering and delivery
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every country, every order, no minimum. It's built into the price rather than added at checkout.
How long will it take?
2–5 business days to make, then 3–5 business days within the US, 5–10 to Europe and 10–20 to the rest of the world. See Shipping & Returns.
Why does it take that long?
Because your piece doesn't exist until you order it. We don't hold stock, which means nothing is overproduced and nothing is destroyed unsold. The trade-off is a few days of making.
Will I pay customs?
Possibly, if you're outside the United States. Import duties are set by your country and charged to the recipient. We have no way to predict or cover them.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@betisaco.com as soon as you can. Before production starts we can usually change anything. Once it's being made, we can't.
What if it doesn't fit?
We offer one exchange per order within 30 days. You cover return shipping, we cover making and sending the replacement. Details in our Refund Policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice. Nothing needs to be sent back.
