Welcome to BETISA. By accessing or using betisaco.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products

All BETISA garments are made to order. Product images and illustrations are intended to represent our items as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, print placement, and fabric tone may occur due to screen settings and the nature of individual production. These variations are not considered defects.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to change something, contact us immediately at support@betisaco.com and we will do what we can.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, text, photography, and brand elements on this site are the property of BETISA and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

6. Third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify and fulfilled through third-party production partners. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BETISA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
