Every BETISA piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your item is produced after you order it, which means a little more patience and a lot less waste.
Production time
Orders are printed and finished within 2–5 business days before they ship.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 3–5 business days after production
- Europe: 5–10 business days after production
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days after production
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons can extend delivery times.
Shipping costs
Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum, no thresholds.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, please allow a little time — carrier scans can lag — and then write to us.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local office if you are unsure.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided; reshipment costs may apply.
