Shipping & Returns
Everything we make is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, and nothing is thrown away at the end of a season. That changes how delivery and returns work here, so we want to be plain about it.
Shipping is free. Everywhere.
Every order ships free, to every country, with no minimum spend. There is no threshold to reach — the price on the product page is the price you pay.
When your order arrives
Two things happen in sequence: your piece is made, then it travels to you.
Making it: 2–5 business days.
Getting it to you, after production:
United States — 3–5 business days
Europe — 5–10 business days
Rest of world — 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and peak seasons can extend them. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Customs and duties
Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs office. These are charged by your government, not by us, and they are the recipient's responsibility.
Adding your phone number at checkout genuinely helps international deliveries arrive without delay.
If something is wrong
If your piece arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice. You don't need to send anything back.
Email support@betisaco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If the size isn't right
We offer one exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unworn and unwashed. You cover return shipping; we cover making and sending the replacement.
If you change your mind
Because each piece is produced individually for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind, or for the wrong size or color selected at checkout. This is what allows us to make only what is actually needed. Read the full Refund Policy.
Getting the size right the first time
Because every piece is made for you, two minutes with the size guide is worth it.
Our tees are cut oversized with dropped shoulders. Take your usual size for the intended relaxed fit; size down if you'd prefer it closer to the body.
Still unsure? Email us your usual size and how you like things to fit, and we'll tell you honestly which one to pick. We would much rather answer that email than send you the wrong shirt.
